Pharmaceutical Trademarks - A Global Guide
Following on from the success of the inaugural edition, the second edition will once again be launched at the Pharmaceutical Trademark Group (PTMG) Conference, to be held in September 2010. The guide will also be distributed at the International Trademark Association (INTA) annual meeting in San Francisco in 2011 and at the PTMG spring conference in 2011, and will provide a comparative overview of the key areas of trademark law as they affect pharmaceutical trademarks in a number of key jurisdictions across the globe.
Anti-counterfeiting – A Global Guide
The third edition of this unique guide, published in partnership with the IACC, ACG, WCO and Interpol, will once again be launched at the INTA annual meeting and the International Anti-counterfeiting Coalition annual conference, which will both be held in Boston in May 2010. The guide provides practitioners worldwide with a practical, country-by-country analysis of anti-counterfeiting procedure written by the world’s leading firms. The guide also features an indexed directory of anti-counterfeiting service providers, further enhancing its value as an indispensable reference tool.
WTR Yearbook
Published in partnership with INTA and MARQUES, the seventh edition of the World Trademark Review Yearbook will be launched at the INTA annual meeting in San Francisco in May 2011. This publication provides professionals worldwide with a simple, easy-to-use digest of the main structure of trademark regulation in key jurisdictions across the globe. The yearbook is now firmly established as an essential guide to trademark law and is used by practitioners to gain a comparative insight into the pertinent issues within each jurisdiction. It is vital to be aware of such information before instructing local counsel.
