WTR Industry Awards

Each year WTR honours leading in-house departments and groups through its Industry Awards. The awards are designed to recognise the vitally important work carried out by in-house trademark counsel, and to identify those teams and individuals that are performing their functions to the highest possible standards. The awards are divided into geographical, industry and individual categories, and winners are selected from nominations received from the global trademark community.

The presentation ceremony for winners of the WTR Industry Awards 2011 was held at The Asian Art Museum of San Francisco during the International Trademark Association (INTA) annual meeting in May. Next year's ceremony will be held in Washington DC, again timed to coincide with the INTA conference. This exclusive event brings together in-house counsel from over sixty leading brand-owning companies with a select group of sponsors.
